Training
We provide a range of training to provide competency to organisations and individuals dealing with a multi-cultural, multi-faith clientèle. Our courses include cross-cultural communication, backgrounds on minority ethnic groups (including new communities), and religious and cultural heritage. Training is useful for staff from all voluntary, public and private organisations who wish to successfully recruit and retain staff from minority ethnic communities or deliver services to particular communities.
