Jointly commissioned by Wilts Racial Equality Council and West Wiltshire CAB. Research to determine the location, needs and profile of migrant workers in Wiltshire.

We processed all the available statistics on migrant workers in Wiltshire and interviewed 23 migrants to the county, ascertaining their knowledge of housing, employment, health systems, their social and community life, their experience of Wiltshire and their aspirations. This is the first major piece of research done on migrants to Wiltshire and found that many experienced major housing and employment problems.
