2005 Reducing Barriers for Refugees Accessing Choice Based Lettings Schemes.
The report provided evidence to funders of the impact and effectiveness of the CBLP and also provided timely management information in the provision of the service. RHA said: 'Overall the evaluation report was very detailed, it included the key aims and objectives identified in the brief and therefore met our need. The style of report is easy to read i.e. there is no jargons which should make it easy to translate should we want to do so in the future.'
