A senior associate of TR, Sue has a background in service management, organisational development and strategic policy work, focusing particularly on refugees and economic migrants. She has a large network of community and voluntary organisations in this field across the UK, and is often asked to work as an associate or adviser on projects requiring expertise or knowledge in this area. She has pioneered and developed the use of community researchers in many such projects. She also teaches housing and immigration law, and has worked both in the UK and in Chile and for organisations in Ecuador, Nicaragua and Argentina.
